Enquiries and written offers
The website helps buyers discuss Pakistan-origin forage and feed supply. Sending an enquiry requests a commercial offer. An order is agreed through the written quotation and contract, including the legal parties, product, quantity, price, payment arrangements and delivery basis.
Grades, testing and acceptance
Catalogue ranges are indicative sourcing targets. After order confirmation, independent pre-shipment testing is arranged for the agreed lot, and the agreed reports are provided before dispatch. The contract defines sampling, laboratory/method requirements, analysis basis, acceptance limits, inspection arrangements and the process for any nonconformity or claim.
Packing, payload and delivery
Bale and package formats and container loads are planning targets until confirmed for the selected lot, container, carrier and route. The written offer specifies the named place/port and applicable Incoterms 2020 rule. Procurement, testing, booking, sailing, customs and onward transport are separate elements of the delivery schedule.
Import coordination and payment verification
The importer and clearing agent confirm applicable entry permissions, product classification and destination requirements with the seller before dispatch. Use the contracting entity and verified beneficiary details in the agreed commercial documents. Verify any requested change of bank details through an established independent contact channel before making payment.
Product use and media
A qualified nutritionist should assess the species, ration and inclusion rate for the actual feed lot. Product presentations are illustrative where captioned; supplied silage footage shows processing steps. Current stock, facility ownership, certification and shipment performance should be assessed from the documents supplied for the transaction.
