Before any lot is accepted, our trained inspectors conduct an intensive physical inspection across the bale stack. Using calibrated digital penetration moisture meters, readings are logged at 15–20 distinct points per stack to detect hidden internal moisture pockets that cause transit mold.

- Visual leaf-to-stem ratio scoring (ensuring high leaf retention)

Industrial double-compression maximizing container payloads with tear-resistant protective sleeves
To deliver the lowest freight cost per landed metric tonne in the UAE, forage is double-compressed in computerized hydraulic balers. Bales are securely bound with high-tensile polyester strapping and encased in UV-stabilized breathable woven sleeves (for dry forage) or multi-layer oxygen-barrier stretch film (for maize silage).

- Re-measurement of moisture immediately prior to compression
- Uniform bale dimension and weight calibration (no undersized or broken bales)
- Strapping integrity test under tension (4 to 5 high-tensile straps per bale)
- Outer protective wrapping application (breathable woven poly sleeve or stretch wrap)

Container Inspection, Phytosanitary & Loading Supervision
Rigorous maritime container hygiene, DPP clearance, anti-humidity desiccants and bolt sealing
Every ocean container (40ft High Cube or 20ft GP) undergoes a 7-point maritime inspection for floor odors, holes, and rust before loading. High-capacity container desiccants are hung to absorb moisture swings across the Arabian Sea. Pakistan Department of Plant Protection (DPP) conducts phytosanitary sampling. Numbered heavy-duty bolt seals are locked, with complete high-resolution photo and video logs transmitted to the buyer.
Mandatory Audit Points:
- 7-Point container inspection: dry, odor-free, light-tight, undamaged floorboards
- Installation of maritime moisture-absorbing desiccant poles/bags
- Dense, interlocking stowage plan ensuring maximum payload (24–26.5 MT)
- DPP official phytosanitary examination and fumigation (where required)
- High-security customs bolt seal affixed and logged on Bill of Lading
- Loading photo report: empty box, half-loaded, fully stowed, and sealed doors
