Information we use
The quotation form collects your name, company, email, optional telephone, product requirements and any notes you provide. We use these details to respond, prepare an offer and coordinate a potential supply relationship. Please avoid adding sensitive personal information to the notes.
Storage, suppliers and international processing
Enquiries are stored in a private Cloudflare database and handled by authorised commercial staff. Vercel hosts the website; Cloudflare and our email services support storage and delivery. These providers may process information internationally. We share relevant commercial details with laboratories, logistics providers or advisers only as needed to progress your enquiry or order. We do not sell enquiry information.
Browser storage and security
To preserve your draft when switching English and Arabic, the form keeps a temporary draft in this browser tab’s session storage. It expires after 30 minutes without a saved update and is cleared after a successful submission. The site does not currently use advertising trackers. Technical request information is processed for operation and abuse prevention; rate-limit keys use hashed identifiers rather than storing raw IP addresses in the enquiry database.
Retention and your choices
We retain information while it is needed to handle the enquiry, manage a resulting business relationship and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact care@indusforage.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to object to non-essential follow-up. We may need to verify the request and retain records required by law or a contract. Marketing subscriptions are not a condition of making an enquiry.
